To all the valued clients of Birds Nest Beauty Studio:
Birds Nest Beauty Studio will officially re-open Tuesday June 9. 2020. When you arrive, you’ll notice some changes. In order to manage the social distancing and safety protocols required by Worksafe BC Birds Nest owners, Renee Hyette and Shaleen Hauck are the only 2 stylists to return to the Salon. Reducing our staff and our services has been an incredibly difficult decision but one that best fits where we are in our lives at this time.
Our dear colleagues: Renee Meilleur, Kate Hart, Elya Sunduk and Sawyer Dodd will no longer be providing services at the Birds Nest. To book an appointment with Renee M, Kate, Elya or Sawyer please visit the TEAM section for their current contact information.
Moving forward, we will only be accepting payment for services by Cash or E-transfer. We will no longer have the ability to process payments through Credit or Debit.
We understand how desperate everyone is to book an appointment and that everyone wants to come in ASAP.
We have currently put our bookings on HOLD until July 1.
All clients who had appointments previously scheduled should have received and email to rebook in late May.
If you have not received an email inviting you to schedule an appointment by Monday June 1st, please contact either Shaleen firstname.lastname@example.org or Renee email@example.com directly for information on how to book your appointment. We are reaching out to hundreds of clients and you are all important to us. To help us communicate effectively we will only be responding to emails at this time.

We have put our books on hold! We will be opening them back up at the end of June with a new look and new software. If you wish to join our waitlist (even if you had an appointment scheduled in the past few months) there is an Appointment Request Form we suggest you fill out. You will receive an email at the end of June with the new booking link when it becomes available.
We will continue to post updates via email, on our website, and through our social media platforms.
